A face without freckles is like a night without stars.

I write this journal post tonight very happily, because in the first time in my life I have something I’ve only dreamed of having. Through all of the trials and errors and through all the waiting I found out in the end it was worth the wait entirely. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you.

I know that yet again it’s been a long time since my last post, however I’ve been busy so at least that’s good. Some of the highlights of the past couple of weeks include hanging out at Emily Toops house with Nic and Emily, Mike and Emily, and Lindsey. It was a great time especially. I’m now ready to go ahead again and start updating regularly on this journal. So please get on my case if I don’t hold up to that promise to my readers. In today’s news I’m getting ready for a Civil Service Exam for a job I am interested in getting. Wish me look on that and pray that I do well so I can get this job. If not, I’m not going to worry. My plan is out there somewhere. Tonight was bible study with the Newlife Group. Lindsey and I met with Rachel at Harvest Moon and it was fun to hang out. Then during Bible Study Eric led a deep discussion on the future of our group and went on about the changes that will soon face our group. We then all went out to Shades after I suggested it. That was a pretty decent time. After that I dropped Lindsey off and we called it a night.

Sunday is coming up again. Amy has asked me to be a part of the welcome team at Newlife and I start on Sunday. That should be a lot of fun. I’m glad that I’m finally going to have the chance to be a part of helping the church and not just someone who is “fed” each Sunday. It’ll be nice to give something back. I’m actually off to bed.. I’m trying to get myself up earlier so I get things done. I hope everyone is doing well. I know I am!
