Well, turns out I didn’t end up going to North Carolina after all. Carrie woke up early this morning and was very sick out of nowhere, so the over night trip to North Carolina was canceled. Just don’t tell my work. However, now I think Carrie and myself are driving halfway somewhere in West Virginia instead to meet Eric to drop the kids off by noon tomorrow. So I still have to go on a road trip, just a much shorter one. It was nice to have a little more time with the kids today, however I took a break from all the family tonight to visit Josh. We haven’t hung out in a while, so we caught up while we watched Matrix Revolutions and headed to Steak n Shake in Lancaster to grab something to eat. Josh got to see Sarah, so I think he was happy for that. Turns out Josh is going to the gym now, which is something I seriously commend him for. I haven’t done my workout in a matter of weeks since I’ve been sick this whole month. I’m going to try to start them back up again on Monday after this holiday weekend finally ends.
The kids are downstairs watching Charley and the Chocolate Factory. I walked in halfway through so I decided to watch it some other time. Most of today was spent trying to get an idea of what to get everyone in my family for Christmas. I’m at a pretty large road block right now, but hopefully I can figure it out. I’d like to get all of the presents ordered online sometime around Monday at the latest so I can get it out of the way. I finally got the domain issue worked out with GoDaddy, and I’ve registered my domain for another year. I was going to get two years, but I’m a cheap skate. Its annoying I decided to get that domain around Christmas time. What was I thinking?
