Today was the first day off work in almost a week. It’s been a tough week, and I’m very happy to have this weekend off. As is coming the norm, I haven’t posted in awhile. To catch things up should be fairly easy. Since my last post I’ve got back from Los Angeles where I coordinated/hosted the Mortal Kombat Online Fight Night Chat with the Mortal Kombat: Shaolin Monks Development Team on October 3rd. Had a pretty good time.. Flight delays weren’t in my favor however as I ended up spending the night in O’Hare in Chicago on the way. That just really sucked… But I was able to get out of Chicago around 6 AM the next day and safely make the trip to Simi Valley to meet up with my MKO boyz Aaron and Justin.

That’s pretty much the highlights of the last couple of months. I didn’t get the job with Progressive Medical, so I remain at my part time job. I continue to apply rigorously on job boards/sites for positions. Mostly in marketing, as I really want to go in that direction, but at this point I’m up for anything. Anyway, October is here so each day is starting to get a little cooler than the next one. Last night I hung out with Bobby and burned two DVD’s worth of music off his hardrive. That’s leaving me with about 7 GB of space left on my hard drive. (Heh, great huh).. But at least I now have something to listen to, right? I spent the day getting all the files transfered over to my laptop. On top of that I caught the Ohio State game. I’m not sure how we did it, but we did indeed beat Michigan State. After the game I looked over Bobby’s book he’s letting me borrow about weight lifting. After being embarrassed by a crowd of two hundred people seeing how skinny my arms are during the Fight Night chat, I’m going to start lifting. My arms aren’t terrible, but I’d like to get a little more mass on them and what better time to do that than during the fall/winter months.

Tonight I might hang out with Josh.. he’s getting off at 10. I’m kinda getting tired already, but I need to keep myself active. With not being in college anymore, I feel as if it’s really important that I keep myself active and my mind off the fact that I haven’t found a job yet. Halloween is coming up.. I’m going to try to go to Andrew’s fiancee Amy’s house up on OSU campus for their party again. I think it’s on a Thursday according to her profile.. so hopefully I can get Friday off. I might bring a six pack, and I don’t wanna chance having a hangover at work. So we’ll see how that pans out. Andrew’s wedding in June.. Nic’s wedding in July. Gonna be a busy summer. I’ll let you know if I ever get married, however I’m missing a very important component of such. Anyway, peace.
