    11/9: Request for IN & OH Driving Record
    11/10: Faxed Medical Statement for Dr. signature
    11/16: Biometrics (Fingerprints)
    11/17: Completed 8 hours of Hague Adoption Training
    11/22: Concert for Adoption - 6:30 @ NewLife
    12/9: Home phone installation
    12/19: Fingerprints, again.
    12/21: CPR Classes
    12/22: Fire inspection Passed!
    1/19/10: Home Study Office Visit
    1/20: Home Study "Home" Visit
    2/17: Received Final Home Study Report
    2/17: Power of Attorneys notarized
    2/18: Documents authenticated and apostilled
    2/19: Sent Pre-Registration docs to CWA
    2/23: Turned in copy of Home Study to complete I-600A for USCIS approval.
    3/1: Received USCIS approval - Form I-71H
    3/2: Received Registration Date of September 16th, 2010. Dossier due at this time. Likely travel date of October to Ukraine.
    5/8: Mini-Marathon in Indy - Raised over $1,600 for our adoption!
    5/28: Dr's appointment for dossier paperwork

    8/3: Completed Dossier! Mailed to CWA
    8/13: Dossier sent to Ukraine
